Appointment of Independent Directors

經亞洲發展投資控股有限公司董事會決議，決定聘任孫峰同志為亞洲發展投資控股有限公司獨立董事並兼任亞發信投有限公司董事長。
Following a resolution by ADIB HOLDINGS LTD’s board of directors, it has been decided to appoint Mr Sun Feng as an independent director of ADIB Holdings Limited and, concurrently, as Chairman of ADIB ALLIANCE  INVESTMENT LIMITED.
