Change of Director of ADIB HOLDINGS LTD

Due to personal reasons, Mr. Zhou Leisheng has submitted his resignation to ADIB HOLDINGS LTD, applying to resign from the position of director of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Zhou Leisheng will no longer hold any position in the company.

After deliberation and unanimous approval by the Board of Directors of the Company, it is decided to supplement Mr. Zeng Xiang as a director of the company, whose term of office shall commence from the date of approval by the Board of Directors this time and end on the expiration date of the term of office of the current Board of Directors.
