Mr. LI YULONG is formally appointed as Director of the Company, effective 10 September 2026, with a term aligned with the current Board term and renewable upon re‑election.

Mr. LI YULONG shall take charge of the Company's fund management and major investment & financing businesses, conducting his duties within the scope authorized by the Board and reporting directly to the Board.
